He was formerly Professor of Applied Social Studies at Staffordshire University, UK,and has also served as a Visiting Professor at the University of Liverpool and North East Wales Institute (University of Wales).

Change your mind, then your life!

Great book, It has helped me with so many essays on reflective practice and equally important, my own reflective learning journals for university that had to be graded. It is very important when writing a learning journal to know exactly what it is, where it comes from, and why it is good practice to reflect on our experiences. This book explains reflective practice thoroughly in terms that can be easily understood. This book has helped me understand the value of reflective practice and I have not only changed, developed and grown professionally, but also, it has given me a more open mind personally. I highly recommend this book to all people, not just professionals or students because it gives us ways that we can be enlightened and mindful, therefore, perhaps understand each other more clearly and ultimately, help us live in peace with each other. A BOOK WE CAN TRUELY LIVE BY!
